Terms and Conditions – All Access Academy Membership
1. Membership Overview
The All Access Academy Membership provides subscribers with unlimited digital access to the Diversity Tourism Academy's full library of on-demand courses, masterclasses, downloadable resources, and member-exclusive content. Membership also includes monthly newsletters, virtual networking events, and priority access to new learning tools and special offers.
2. Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals and organizations committed to advancing inclusive practices in the tourism and hospitality industries. By subscribing, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or are enrolling as an authorized representative of an organization.
3. Payment Terms
All Access Academy Membership is available as a paid subscription, billed either monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable once charged. Payment must be made via the accepted methods outlined on the checkout page.
4. Access and Usage
Members receive a single-user or organizational license (as selected during checkout) to access course content. Course materials may not be shared, distributed, resold, or used for commercial purposes outside the terms granted. Disrupt for Change reserves the right to revoke access for misuse or breach of terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, documents, and resources provided through the Academy are the intellectual property of Disrupt for Change, LLC. No portion may be reproduced or used without express written permission. Limited usage rights are granted exclusively for educational purposes within the scope of the membership license.
6. Termination and Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time via the account settings. Access will continue until the end of the paid billing period. Disrupt for Change reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund for violation of these terms or any unauthorized use.
7. Limitation of Liability
Disrupt for Change, LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Academy. All educational content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional or legal advice.
