Terms & Conditions for Consulting Services

Effective Date of Purchase.

By booking a consultation with Disrupt for Change, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services

Consultations may be delivered virtually or in person and include strategic advice, professional guidance, or customized support in areas mutually agreed upon in advance.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

All consultations must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the session and fees.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are non-refundable. No-shows or missed appointments are non-refundable.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during consultations is considered confidential and will not be disclosed without your written consent, unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

Any materials, strategies, or content shared during consultations remain the intellectual property of Disrupt for Change, LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Disclaimer

Consultation services are intended for educational and professional development purposes. Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual implementation and external factors.
